Power Circuit Class, Pilates Boot Camp:
- With the challenge of using the TRX Suspension Training System, the EXO Chair, Free Weights, Balance equipment, StarTrac Spinner Pro Bikes with Mad Dogg Spinning formatting and the power of Im=X, Power Pilates, STOTT + Balanced Body University Bed and Mat Pilates progressions mixed, these classes are designed to increase cardiovascular capacity while challenging your endurance, core strength, balance and flexibility. Allvclasses combine traditional Pilates with interval workout training. We focus on burning fat, strengthening the core and other musculature as well as reaping the benefits of traditional Pilates training. Power Circuit Class operates in short intervals of challenge which will include the Precor Elliptical Trainer, while Pilates Boot Camp Class always combines cardiovascular Spinning Bike challenge, strength and flexibility options. Pricing listed below with Bed Class pricing. Completion of two private sessions prior to attendance in class is required.

All Levels Bed Classes:
- Using the Xercizer bed and Pilates ring follow - depending on class time - a beginner, intermediate or mixed format to strengthen your deepest core muscles, lengthen all of your muscles and focus on breathing and flexibility in a one hour class led by a certified Pilates instructor. Completion of two private sessions prior to attendance in class is required.

Beginner/ Intermediate, Intermediate/Advanced Mat Pilates Class:
- Challenge your flexibility, strength and endurance using your deepest core muscles. These one hour classes teach you the proper mechanics to strengthen the muscles of your core that lie closest to your spine. All classes may incorporate the use of the Pilates ring, body bars, stability balls and resistance bands to challenge your abilities. Small groups of up to 8 work at their own pace. No prior experience is required to attend our Beginner/Intermediate classes, however more experience is highly recommended for attendance in our Intermediate/Advanced Mat classes. Your first class is always free!
